7-day returns
If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@klisu.com with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
How to start a return
- Email hello@klisu.com with your order number and reason.
- We'll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund.
Refunds (Cash on Delivery)
As orders are paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI to details you provide. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Non-returnable
Opened or used products (except damaged/defective), and items returned after 7 days, are not eligible.
